Please make sure to inform us with your new Facebook/Instagram/Twitter username upon update to ensure correct orders and deliveries. Orders will be forfeited including downpayment of buyers with no response or missing accounts within 2 weeks. Usernames will also be posted as bogus buyer/ joy reserver.

Orders usually arrive within 4 - 6 weeks after ship out from Korea. Give us time to sort and pack your orders.

Will update shipping time and ETA of order via our socmed accounts and masterlist. You may also track the status of your item under the GO Updates button in the Home Page.

Shipping form will be provided when your items are ready for shipping.

For On Hand Items, ETD per courier varies. Kindly check your preferred courier's ETD.

Be prepared with any changes or delays depending on national holidays or unfortunate calamity.

Combined shipping fee is not allowed unless your items arrive at the same time before the scheduled ship out.

Refunds will be only made if the item is not available or out of stock. You cannot refund an item once you paid for its downpayment or if you paid full. Any excess payment will not be refunded.

Damages that may occur during transit of items to your area is beyond our control. Rest assured, we pack your items securely. We also send packing pics for you to check. You may also opt to add extra bubble wraps or box for an additional fee.
